本轮申请时间和配额
然后再次强调了6月13日蒙特利尔时间上午8:30开放5000个配额的网申系统，只对之前已经有账户的申请人开放，而此前没有注册账户的，将在本轮5000个配额申请完之后，将再次开放注册，下一轮依然有5000个配额，但是开放申请时间待定。
目前系统中有效账户4万多人，也就是8个人抢一个名额。本轮没有抢到名额的申请人，自然会参加下一轮的申请，而在下一轮申请之前，必然又会新增更多的注册账户，因此下一轮的申请概率一定比这个低!
网申系统的变化
这也是魁省这次网申系统改造的亮点!他们加了一个虚拟等候室the virtual waiting room!
也就是所有的申请人，在申请之前，都需要进入到the virtual waiting room里面排队，每个进入的人都会领到一个号，并且可以在这个the virtual waiting room 看到你前面还有多少人在排队，轮到你的时候，系统将会提示，并给你10分钟的时间进去申请，如果10分钟内没有申请成功，将被弹出。
特别提醒
1、Having a place in the waiting room does not necessarily mean that you will have an opportunity to submit an application. Only the first 5,000 applications submitted will be considered.
2、If you plan to pay the required fee online, remember to have your credit card ready.
3、You are advised to use a personal computer to access Mon projet Québec. A tablet or mobile phone cannot be used to navigate Mon projet Québec.
4、Technical maintenance is scheduled between now and June 13 to prepare Mon projet Québec to receive applications. This maintenance work will be announced on the Ministère’s website.
5、If you do not have an account at the time of the first intake period, you will be able to create one after this period. You will then have an opportunity to submit an application during a second intake period, the dates of which will be announced shortly. During this period, 5,000 applications will be received.
